Eloise Govier

Eloise Govier Eloise Govier’s vibrant, colourful oil paintings have made her “heir apparent to Sir Kyffin’s legacy” (Robin Turner, Western Mail). In 2018 Eloise was awarded a Doctorate from the University of Wales and became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, her work is held in collections in London, New York and Tokyo.
